Based on your prior country selection, conduct some preliminary research on the cuisine of your country through the ERAU Hunt Library,
Links to an external site. as well as through your preferred search engine. Locate at least one source that describes the historical, traditional food practices of your country. Locate at least one source that describes the modern-day food practices of your country.
Using at least two sources from your research and one source from the Module 3 Readings and Resources, create a narrated slideshow on the cuisine of your country.
Begin by describing the relationship between food and culture in your selected country. Your presentation should discuss the historical, traditional practices of cooking and eating, as well as the modern-day practices of cooking and eating in your country. Be sure to verbally cite all three sources and to include them on your final "References" slide in APA format.
Create your slides. Your slideshow should focus on displaying many large, clear images depicting the cuisine of your country. Once your images have been selected, record your voice presenting over the slides. Your narrated slideshow should contain at least 10 slides.
Save your assignment using a naming convention that includes your first and last name and the activity number (or description). Do not add punctuation or special characters.
